Pastor Steve & Cammy Dittmar established Jubilee Church in September 1984 with the vision of being a house of prayer, a family church, a new wineskin that would facilitate ministries, and a sending church to the entire world. Together with their two children and a handful of believers they began weekly meetings, a radio program and prayer groups. Today years later and with five children and a team of faithful and gifted leadership Steve and Cammy continue there journey of faith. The vision has matured but not changed; Prayer is still the focus with night and day prayer going on seven days a week, families are the core of the faith community that attends to the altar of the Lord in prayer. Support, Training and Sending Ministries; focus on the House of Prayer, the support of the Community of Faith surrounding the House of Prayer and Eight Mandates (or assignments) flow out of the prayer ministry.
These Eight Mandates make up the outreach of our Prayer movement:

Like the vision of the wheels in the midst of the wheel in Ezekiel 1; these Mandates proceed out of the House of Prayer, through the Community of Faith, strengthened through the Ministries of Equipping and finally reaching their God given objectives. Like spokes in a wheel each moving forward and at the same time moving as one by the Spirit of the Lord.
Jubilee; a House of Prayer for all Nations, surrounded by a Community of like Precious Faith, served by Ministries of Support, Equipping, and Sending, Reaching out to touch the World with the Kingdom of our God and of His Christ; this is Jubilee Church today, this is our vision, our calling and our joy. Jesus is our Jubilee!
