 Andy and Alicia Toohill
Graduates of Oral Roberts University, Andy and Alicia Toohill serve as the Children and Youth Pastors at Jubilee Church. They will be holding a special Children's Track during the Living Water Conference entitled "Splash". Their heart is to see young people filled with the love of God, making a decision at an early age to follow Jesus, and impacting their generation everywhere they go.
