Jubilee is affiliated with two churches in the nation of Peru. "Jubileo" in Chosica, led by German and Elsa Luis, along with son Arturo and Maria Luis. "Jesus is the Way" in Chicama is shepherded by Pastor Robin and Marita Irribarren. Both of these churches minister in urban and rural areas with a strong emphasis on evangelism and discipleship. They oversee many cell groups with some of the cells having over one hundred people. The church/cell leaders are very diligent to travel—often by foot—into the mountains and rural areas to touch the unreached people of an area. Once a prayer cell is established, the leaders will often travel many miles twice a week to minister to, and disciple the new converts. Even with very little in the way of resources, transportation, and finances, the cell groups and sponsoring churches are growing in numbers, and in dedicated, maturing believers. "Jesus is the Way" also has a ministry to surfers in Chicama as this seaside village is a very popular place for surfing, having the longest waves in the world.

Jubilee is also affiliated with MIPUAT in Trujillo. MIPUAT is a group of pastors’ wives who meet each month to pray for revival in their city and nation. This group, which started with two women, has grown to more than 40. Women of every denomination come together to pray in unity and they are having a great impact on the area. Please pray especially for the president of this group as her husband recently went to be with the Lord.
