In 1985, he joined the staff of the ministry Message of Salvation (Ministerio Mensaje de Salvación) under the leadership of evangelist Carlos Annacondia, where he was given oversight of the tent of deliverance. In 1996, God spoke to him about the need to teach the church of Jesus Christ everything he had learned about spiritual deliverance. Today he travels all around the world teaching on this subject. Pastor Bottari has been married to his wife, Margarita, for forty-six years, they have two children, and five grandchildren.
