Barnabas Saul and John Mark

Read and meditate – Acts 11:27 through Acts 13:13

Barnabas and Saul had been sent to Jerusalem with the offering from the Antioch church to help the disciples, meanwhile Herod had begun harassing the church, putting to death James the brother of John (of the original inner circle of 3 of Jesus disciples), afterward he arrested Peter intending to to the same. Prayer continues continually for Peter at the house of the mother of John Mark.

Enter into this story beginning with the prophet Agabus and his prophecy.

Paul and Barnabas were again in Jerusalem seeking a conclusion to the dispute over circumcision of the Gentiles. After this was decided they returned to Antioch and John Mark goes with them to Antioch.
