Celebrate of Life – Cory Thomas

Cory Thomas has been a member of Jubilee since he was a young child. When the Thomas family moved out of Ventura County, Cory stayed and was able to continue to serve in our youth & young adult ministries and sing with our worship team at times.

Creatively, Cory loved to write poetry, draw, and cook. He was able to work in several restaurants, honing his craft and loving people with everything that he had. Wherever Cory was, he loved well.

With a smile that never fled from his face and a positive attitude that seemed to have an everlasting flame, Cory’s family and close friends suspected he would bounce back from getting sick, as he always did. With his existing illnesses, covid was just too much for his body to handle and Cory Thomas stepped into paradise on April 13, 2022.

Thursday, May 5th, there will be a viewing from 4pm to 7pm at Omni Ministries 12601 Wilmington Ave, in Compton, CA. 90222

Friday, May 6th, a graveside service will be held at 11am at Conejo Mountain Funeral Home, 2052 Howard Rd, Camarillo, CA 93012.

Jubilee Church will be hosting a memorial service for Cory on Friday May 6th at 12:30pm.
