2020 has become the year of faith in God; faith in His Word, and faith in His promises. In returning and rest, salvation has issued forth with quietness, and confident strength has been given (Isaiah 30:15). Now we embark with our faith in praise to our God in the face of our enemies. Here is the scripture the Lord has given me for 2021:

(2 Chronicles 20:21, NKJV) “And when he had consulted with the people, he [Joshua] appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying: ‘Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever.’”

I believe as we praise the beauty of holiness (the Lord’s sacredness) is going in before our resources, saying, “Praise (Giving thanks strongly to) the Lord, for His mercy (kindness, help, and active involvement) endures forever.” We will see 2022 as a year where the Lord fights for us, setting ambushes against our enemies, and bringing 2023 into three years of an unprecedented harvest of souls.

2020 has been a year of conflict, intimidation, and fear, but also of surrender to the Lord, returning to His salvation by faith. Our eyes have moved from the supports we enjoyed, back to the Lord and His ability to perform His promises. Now, in 2021 we advance in praise, moving toward our enemies, praising the Lord in the beauty of holiness for His kindness, help, and active involvement. Our eyes are on the Lord. “Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth” (Psalm 124:8, NKJV).
