And My God shall supply all your need.
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16, 17
It’s time to receive. Last week, as I slept, the Lord continued, and I continued to meditate on Philippians 3:19 “And My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
This brought me such sweet sleep. I woke thanking the Lord for His word, and the Holy Spirit bringing it to my remembrance, and the power of the word to bring faith, hope, and love. I continued my prayers, calling for His kingdom to come and His will to be done in all the areas in which I have been given charge by the Lord, including you.
From there I went to the Psalms and then into our daily reading; the day was December 11th. I have come to expect the Lord to speak to me in the Psalms I read and in our daily reading of “That I may Know Him Bible Guide.” In Acts 13, I listened as Paul shared the gospel, the sure mercies of David in Jesus Christ. I lingered on the oath given to David in 1 Chronicles 17, that we are the House of God that Jesus built if we continue in the confidence and rejoice of the hope firm to the end.
I was about to launch. I didn’t expect the magnitude of what the Holy Spirit would say in the Chapters that I would read, Revelation 3, Ezra 5, and Haggai 1 and 2.
The church in Sardis had a name that they were alive, but they were dead. Jesus charged them to be watchful and strengthen the remnant because their works were not perfect (replete) before God. They had fallen back, Jesus said, “Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore, if you will not watch, I will come as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.” Revelation 3:3
It’s time to receive again, and remember how we receive and hear, then hold fast and repent. It is easy to drift away from such great a salvation. I share this experience in entirety at our Men’s INHERITANCE and then on Sunday to listen to Men’s INHERITANCE click here. To listen to Sunday, click here.
