Growing Up into Him
Read – Ephesians 1:3-6; 2:4-7; 4:12-16
In Christ, we are blessed with EVERY spiritual blessing in heavenly places. We are raised up together and made to sit together in heavenly places. We are growing up in all things into Him, who is the head—Christ.
There is nothing more to add to what Jesus Christ has accomplished for us for all time. Nothing to earn, yet plenty to learn. Nothing to do, yet much to become. He is everything. We are growing UP! Not down.
Remember He chose us. We did not chose Him. He chose us and therefore purchased our entire journey of discovery. He knew us before time began in Christ, and through time in Christ, and into eternity in Christ.
Take these scriptures to start a meditation of IN CHRIST in Heavenly places. Not something to attain in the future, but to discover today. Imagine what would it look like for all your circumstances, relationships, past, present, and future if it were in Christ. Bring everything as it were in worship and prayer into the perfected Christ.
Bring your fears to the Lord, surrender them to the Lord, allow trust to grow in His love, His completeness, His acceptance, His victory, His healing, and every spiritual blessing.
The truth is, if I am in Christ, then everything else of me, is in Christ also. My circumstances, my failures, sicknesses, debt, loss, lack, and fear. It is all in Christ, and as I grow up into Him He fills all in all.
Remember He chose you, all of you.
