Today, Thursday September 16th, 2021, is Yom Kippur – Day of Atonement. This holy day, in Judaism, is observed with fasting and prayer. No work is done. All those in Israel were called to afflict their souls. Leviticus 16:29-34; 23:26-32 Today, the Lord Jesus Christ...
“The Lord spoke to Moses after the death of Aaron’s two sons, who died after they entered the Lord’s presence and burned the wrong kind of fire before him. 2 The Lord said to Moses, “Warn your brother, Aaron, not to enter the Most Holy Place behind the inner curtain...
“But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.” Hebrews 2:9 In order to understand anything in our created world, we must first...
Several years ago, the heavenly invitation, to explore where Jesus is right now (after the cross), came to our church. Ever since that time, Jubilee’s Senior Leader, Steve Dittmar has been progressively entering into the discovery of Who Jesus is on the other side of...
The book of Hebrews holds one of the most critical (but seldom taught) teachings of all the New Testament: The now role of Jesus Christ as our Great High Priest. This is so important for us to understand that Jesus is not idle, merely waiting for the fore-planned...
Atonement – One man, Jesus our High Priest, entered once and for all and perfected forever all who are sanctified. He came with perfect forgiveness to restore relationship. Global revival starts with a personal metamorphosis. Metamorphosis comes when we pass from one...
This summer, Jubilee Church is having Vacation Bible School called “Castle of Courage”. The emphasis and theme will launch “Defenders of the Faith” seeing children soar with Jesus!
Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
We will be ministering the Word of God with a “love” message so the children may be filled with the love of God that is found in Christ Jesus, that casts out all fear. There will be daily worship, activities, crafts, fellowship, (and of course) snacks, as they learn & grow together.
The mornings begin with sign-ins at 9am, so parents or guardians will need to be present to do this. The same will be needed for pick-ups at 12pm at the end of each day together.
We always give room for the Lord to add details anywhere He sees fit, so some activities are subject to Holy-Ghost change!
Parent volunteers are welcome to assist in the rooms, with sign-ins and snack breaks. Please contact Remi Enobakhare if you are willing to serve; contact information is listed below. We look forward to all that the Lord is going to do in the “Castle of Courage” Vacation Bible School and in your “Defender of the Faith”.
