All the blessings of the Lord are in our Lord Jesus Christ.

 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

Here, “Peace” in the Greek means “to join peace”, to literally join Jesus’ peace, “My peace I give you.” Everything we need is in Jesus, and everything He submitted Himself, to the Father, He received for us in the resurrection. He was made sin for us so that we could be made the righteousness of God in Him. He carried our sicknesses and diseases, so we can be healed in Him.

We are joined into Christ and His blessings, salvation, healing, deliverance, joy, peace, righteousness, His words, His life, and His love. Jesus has given us all things in Himself. We don’t possess it, nor keep it, for we are kept by Him and in Him. He possesses us and keeps us. We have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of our souls.

There is nothing that we need that has not been supplied for us in Christ. For our God shall supply all our need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. As we set our minds (our active thoughts) on Him, we partake of everything that is His: The fulness of God.

What a great reason to pray and meditate on His word.
