It is our time to enter and ascend.
“For the law of the Spirit of in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2 To enter this truth and hold our place depends on where we place our minds. “For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death. But to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” Romans 8:5, 6
Carnal and Flesh are the same word in Greek. Flesh is anything that is from our natural strength, efforts, concerns, lusts, and desires. I see a problem and looking at it I think what I should do, what must I do, can I do it? Rather than in the Spirit of Christ and think what will He do? Flesh is death, the flesh profits nothing and so when we look to it, to our flesh, death enters in. When we think upon the Spirit then life and peace come.
Life comes by the Spirit, death by the flesh, and if we try to do anything by the flesh death enters in.
Setting our mind on the things above where Christ is, is life. A life hidden in God, keeping our thoughts on Christ is peace, perfect peace in trust. Ascending in our minds to where Christ is, is the place He has prepared for us. Practicing His presence instead of accessing our strength is living from heaven and not from earth. Our problems are the door into greater fellowship, life, peace, and victory, or into the lie of separation, death, despair, and defeat.
Where our mind is set, is where our help comes from.
