Join us in prayer wherever you are, or come and be with us in the Sanctuary (doors open at 6 am), as we wait for the Lord and His promise of Holy Spirit power. We will have corporate prayer from 4 pm to 6 pm in the Sanctuary. During the Wednesday Service, at 7 pm, we will Pray and Proclaim the goodness of God.

Jesus said that the Father answers all prayer with the Holy Spirit.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him” Luke 11:13

In other words, the Holy Spirit is the demonstration and power of God, in action in our lives, when we pray.

When we pray, we move from our feeble attempt at self-sufficiency to God dependence. We move from our flesh reliance to Holy Spirit power.  When we pray, we move from our self-righteousness to Christ’s justification. When we pray we are changed.

POWER is coming next week (October 4-8th), but prayer comes first. The backdrop of God’s promised power in the Holy Spirit is prayer and feebleness. God’s power rests upon weakness and not strength. Be encouraged. Our inability to produce results is the place God sets His power in which to dwell. “My grace is sufficient for you; for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Jesus said to Paul after three intense seasons of prayer. 2 Corinthians 12:9

Prayer makes sense of the senseless and brings power to our weakness.

If you have not registered yet for POWER do so today—then pray with us as we pray for you. Next Wednesday, (October 4th), we will come together under than banner of His love to receive power from on high.
