Our life is hidden with Christ, in God.
For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. Colossians 2:9, 10
Everything we need is found in Christ Jesus. We are found in Christ Jesus, His victory, His triumph, His love, His joy, His peace, and all the fulness of God. As we press through the narrow gate, we must let go of whatever we hold but never let go of our place given in Christ.
It’s not I who live, but Christ who lives in me. I am learning fellowship with the Father and the Son, in the union we have been brought into in the Son. To acknowledge the Jesus Christ in His resurrection and exalted place next to the Father, I find myself seated with Him. I cannot yet produce this with proof, but the truth of Jesus Christ is changing me from glory to glory by the Spirit.
My soul is learning to submit to the truth in Christ and my heart is believing. When I become aware of a lack, fear, or anything that is not in Christ, I turn back to Christ and acknowledge His completeness and my completeness in Him. My soul must submit, and surprisingly will yield, accept, and experience His fulness.
I bring myself back to Christ every day before my day begins, and from there in Christ, we walk together in His fulness, completeness, and headship. This is the place He has prepared for us, Himself. He is glorious.
