The high praises of God bring us into His exalted place, and God into our battles. With the two-edged sword of truth (God’s word), we execute God’s vengeance on the nations and His punishments on the people binding their kings with chains and the nobles with fetters of iron.
Praise elevates—the Word of God liberates. Together, God’s vengeance, punishments, and constraining of authorities, large and small, are activated. Praise elevates, the Word liberates, and together God activates His will on the earth.
Let’s take the week and praise God continually. Declare the word of God and see the salvation of the Lord in this land. In the smallest of territories (our minds) and over the whole earth, we are given this honor as His saints.
Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishment on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgement – This honor have all His Saints.
