“Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:7-10)

Dearly Beloved,

There is a door that is open that we can choose to walk through. It is called the door of intimacy. There is an intimacy with God that is being made know to all of us. God told me that He wanted me to delight in Him in whatever I do.

Right now, we are also coming into the clarity of their calling in Jesus. This is going to rapidly move the Kingdom of God forward in the church.

We have just started a new teaching series on the journey of Joseph. Like us, Joseph’s journey was his destiny. Where we’re going isn’t our destiny, it’s what we carry inside that is taking us there.

On our journey, hell is chasing us more because we are carrying life and light, and because we have access to heaven. We carry the seed of Christ within. When the harvest comes, the enemy has no way to control it. When the outpouring breaks out, he has no way to stop it. So, he tries to crush us in the early stages of our journey.

The door of intimacy is open to everyone. His delight counters what the enemy is doing.

Right now we are closer to chapter 8 of the Song of Solomon, than chapter 1. The romance comes into consummation and maturity, we are leaning on our Beloved—one who has found peace in His eyes. We know that all things are resolved—we are unstoppable—this is the journey we are on.

We do not believe God because He answers our prayers, we believe God, because He IS the answer to our prayers.

I don’t pray for answers. I pray for Jesus—to encounter Him, to walk through the door, to have Him bring my thoughts into His design and right order—into redemption.

In the kingdom of life is the cross in the kingdom of darkness is control. Control will never bring life. Often, it is so rooted in fear that it perverts life. Right now, the church is learning to live in total peace in the midst of chaos. Chaos is as much of the training as peace.

Beloved, lets continue on this journey of intimacy and press into delighting in Jesus.
