We are declaring five Psalms aloud each day as praise to God. Encountering the Lord’s mercy, we advance in praise, as God set’s ambushes against our enemy. Today, we are declaring aloud Psalms 51 through 55.

Psalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart—these, O God, You will not despise.

Psalm 52:8, 9 I am like a green olive tree in the house of God; I trust in the mercy of God forever and ever. I will praise You forever, because You have done it; and in the presence of Your saints I will wait on Your name., for it is good.

Psalm 53:6 Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When God brings back the captivity of His people. Let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad.

Psalm 54:6, 7 I will freely sacrifice to Your; I will praise Your name, O Lord, for it is good. For He has delivered me out of all trouble; and me eye has seen its desire upon my enemies.

Psalm 55:18, 22 He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, for there were many against me. Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.

Five Psalms of King David—three came out of the midst of crisis, and two out of contemplation. Enjoy them today, who knows what the Lord will say to us as we declare these truths aloud.
